The next morning you'll head to Chichicastenango. Upon arrival, you'll visit the town's marketplace, which is a wonderful spot to search for authentic Maya handicrafts. You'll then visit the Santo Tomás Church, which dates back to the 16th century and often has indigenous people praying on its steps. The rest of the afternoon is free; you can go shopping or get to know Chichicastenango a bit more on your own. You'll spend the night here.

The next day you'll head to Lake Atitlán and take a boat ride to the picturesque village of Santiago Atitlán. In Santiago Atitlán you can explore the town's market and church. You'll then take the boat back to Panajachel and have the afternoon free to shop and do as you please. You will spend the night here.

The following morning you'll drive to Antigua and visit some of its most interesting places, including churches, convents, and monasteries. In the afternoon you'll return to Guatemala City or stay in Antigua.

The following day you'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
